Verify9ja provides an online directory and business verification service connecting consumers with businesses operating in Nigeria. We allow users to list businesses, claim listings, submit reviews, and view business information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services we provide at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. User Guidelines and Code of Conduct

When submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or business descriptions, you represent and warrant that the content is accurate, authentic, and does not violate any third-party rights. You agree NOT to post:

• Fake, biased, or paid reviews (reviews must reflect real experiences).
• Content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Advertising, promotional material, or solicitation without authorization.
• Viruses, malicious code, or files designed to disrupt the platform's security.

5. Business Verification and Listings

Businesses listed on Verify9ja are subject to our manual verification process. We do our best to validate business legitimacy, but we make no guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or safety of any goods or services provided by verified businesses. Business owners are responsible for keeping their listing details up-to-date and accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verify9ja, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nigeria.
